Do you offer customization? What’s the MOQ?

Yes, All products shown on our website are available for order. MOQ for a single design is 100 pieces. Price varies by quantity.

Can you produce according to our design?

Absolutely. Please provide your design, dimensions, color preferences, and material requirements. We will arrange a sample for approval.

What colors and finishes are available?

We offer standard color swatches or can match custom colors. Available finishes include glossy, matte, electroplating, and other special effects.

Samples

Do you offer samples? What are the cost and lead time?

Yes, we offer sample development. Ready-made samples are also available to check quality and material. Sample cost can be deducted from bulk orders.

Will there be differences between the sample and bulk production?

We ensure consistency. Once the sample is approved, it becomes the production reference.

Pricing & Quotation

Does the price include shipping?

Our standard quotation is EXW (Ex-Works). FOB, CIF, or other terms are available upon request.

Is the price negotiable? Do you offer tiered pricing?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Prices can be negotiated based on quantity and style.

Production Lead Time

How long is the production lead time?

Typical lead time is 30–45 days depending on order volume and product complexity.

Can you expedite the order? Are holidays taken into account?

Rush orders can be arranged upon request. Chinese public holidays are considered in our production schedule. Please allow buffer time for shipping.

What shipping methods do you support?

We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. Common ports include Xiamen and Shenzhen.

Can you assist with container consolidation and export documents?

Yes, we have an experienced export team who can support consolidation and full export clearance.

Do you have a QC process? Can I arrange third-party inspection?

We have a complete quality control system and support third-party inspection. Our Melbourne team can also assist if needed.

What if products are damaged during shipping?

We use export-grade packaging. In case of damage, please provide photos—we’ll arrange reshipment or compensation.

Yes, we can provide compliance documents based on customer requirements.
